I attended the Swiss Chalet restaurant on Upper Ottawa St. in Hamilton earlier this evening and am upset by the lack of service we received. After we were seated no one came to take our order. We waited approximately 20 minutes before leaving as 3 other tables who were seated after us were served. We have dined at this establishment on many occasions and this is the first time I have had a bad experience there.

Tips:
Take out/ pick up is excessively slow service even when you have called ahead. Give yourself Lots if time to get you food! //
